I have a question about Emerald RNG Clones

Let's say I get a Treecko with a Early Shiny frame, then I save the game and Quit, I play the game again and encounter a Catchable wild Shiny Zigzagoon on the same frame (would be very lucky to do that obviously) And catch it, what similarities will it have with treecko? (Just out of curiosity and thinking about getting a shiny treecko on my Emerald, and eventually getting a shiny rayquaza knowing that I have a early frame)

Grats!! I remember a few months ago I finally got my masuda shiny zorua after like 550 eggs and just today I got my shiny starter(totodile) on heartgold! Still hunting verizion and rayquaza on ruby...
