Hi ive got this down to less than a minute now because every time i put the hard drive into the banned xbox360 and get acheivments everything looks ok then i put the hard drive back in the unbanned one it says corrupted again so i have to go through this processes every time i go online but it's a great video and has helped me works a treat thank you

Yeah it works but what he doesn't tell you is you still cannot use profile on xbox live following error accures:

'Your Xbox Live membership information is not valid. Please use a profile that contains a valid membership or recover your profile from Xbox Live'

so please help me if i have done something wrong but your instructions are straight forward to me ...cheers

How did you get the 360 hardrive on your desktop

used a hdd adapter. You can also open the 360 hard drive up and connect it via sata to your computer. (The hdd inside the case is just a regular sata HDD)
