  • @garywat173 yeah i know. i didnt make my point very clear. i meant dont just drop straight down quickly and not under control. use the drop down as a negative workout aswell so your coming down under tension, then an explosive pull up.

  • poor form, extend the arms more and try again.

  • the towel one didnt make sense.

  • It looks very normal to me. Just to let you know, for your height, you should bend your knee while doing pull-ups and keep your arm go straight down and back up again. Good video between.

  • lock the elbows.. everything else is fine.

  • IDIOT!!! you need to get down more !! ..

  • @amitzzxx @sammerzoug if you go all the way down you let your lats rest. if you come down just before your at a dead arm you get a nice strech to your lats it keeps all the pressure to your lats and not your arms

  • towel pull'ups?

  • @robdoubletrouble helps your grip alot and really isolates your lats

  • You're doing them wrong, you need to fully reset your reps by coming all the way down locking your arms out, you probably lose about 40% of the effect by not doing this.

  • hahaha the upside down pull ups, I do those just messing around but I call them ass ups hahaha its a good workout though for real.

  • What is better for chest : push ups or pull ups

  • @SuperPavian push ups

  • @SuperPavian Pushups (weighted and/or feet propped up are good if can do a lot of 'regular' pushups). Dips are really good for the chest, too.

  • @daftong919 im guessing the sarcasm didnt transmit in my comment then...

  • the guy at the end also grew taller in that time... what a success story!

  • @whatthefuck1085 he stood closer to the camera..

  • i love this bar. I have it.

  • learn to do a full pull up before adding weight and all these variations

  • how does he know what gay porn music sounds like

  • not hanging completely dead-weight after each pull up reduces the effect of each one by nearly 20%. Just a tip for the future :D

  • @dotz2k8 keeping tension in the arm makes each one more difficult and more effective though

  • @89len

Iv never tried that before, thanks for the tip :D

  • yeah not really

  • No not really

  • You're not going all the way down.

  • @figliola222 Still pretty hard to do.

  • Straighten your arms out bro.

  • 0:48 I don't even -___________________-

  • Awesome idea with the packpack pullups I def gotta try that.

  • no such thing as underhand pullups. they're just called chinups.

  • @nickjb01

If you're doing the excerise, who cares what it is called?

  • @ROCalisthenics Because it's the wrong damn name for the exercise?

  • @nickjb01 Too bad you can't even do these exercises; so instead of acctually working out you watch videos and make fail compilations likley invovling yourself.

  • @ROCalisthenics Haha funny guy! Actually I can (and do) do these exercises. Shoulders & back day today so actually I'll be doing it all tonight. One harmless comment and you've become all defensive? You've made a vid with a whole load of [mostly] pointless variations, towel pullups for example. Finally, it's spelt 'likely'.

  • @nickjb01 Easy there keyboard warrior, i didnt ask for an essay response

  • @nickjb01 Vid of your effective shoulders and back workout and the results or gtfo?

  • @ROCalisthenics Only just seen this. Next sesh isn't til next week, but no problem, I will.

  • lol paralysis, stop being overweight goofs get workin out. pullups are the best and dips. excuses are for the weak.

  • absolutely useless, do dead lifts man or add some weight to those pull ups ...

  • dude, i don't know if the benefits outweigh poential paralysis for upside-down pullups. you could simulate that exercise on the ground with weights instead of hanging yourself like that. it looks awesome, but you won't catch me doing that.

(the circulars, though, are the SHIIIIIITTTTT!!)

  • @somebodyjones2 Paralysis is the shit, bro. No better pullups than when your spine is in pieces.

  • @IamPinhead lol

  • The towel is an awesome idea. You can basically simulate some ring exercises at home.

  • I am doing one no one does that I see, put two poles next to each other (sticking up) , put your arms over your head almost all the way.then grab one bar per arm and pull.

  • towel grip pull ups<3

  • Underhand pull ups? aka chin ups?

  • I'm too scared of upside down pull ups because I might lose grip and fall off

  • ....towel pull ups????? explain please lol

  • @TrippinTits it strengthens your grip

  • he never does one complete all the way down pull up

  • @dodgerville right???

  • 0:51

These shits are silly. I always see people doing them in pullup videos.

  • try going all the way done cheater!

  • weak

  • where do i buy that chinup bar and how much does it cost?

  • The ROM on these is crap.

  • amateur

  • @mistormaan LLOOLL!!

  • nothign impressive, well done anywho

  • check out my pull up video

  • yeah I can do all of those, but if i were you i would do a pullup involving you starting from deadhang and touching the bar with the feet, then back down, then deahang, than regular pullup

  • Amazing upper body and core strength!

  • ur not supposed to do the 1and a1/2 pull ups, it fucks up ur wrist

  • @TheIrishCanuck and who told u this........

  • @Plumfire2 lol tbh i was told that in like 5th grade...it tears the muscle or somthing

  • @TheIrishCanuck its pretty hard to tear muscle and even harder to do it using body weight. Its a myth like doing a lot of light weights will get u ripped. Most 5th graders aren't to be trusted haha

  • lmfao if he falls doing uo sidedown pull up

  • wow those are some great exercises ive been looking for this sortof video with actual decent variations thanks alot :D

  • Only lockout counts.

  • ...he needs a girlfriend...hahahah..no, really WELL DONE!

  • I'd comment on how you didn't go all the way down...but I couldn't even do some of that if I went half way down. Aye - good job man. Looks like fun!

  • these are not must see anyone who owns an iron gym and is not an idiot can figure those out . no towel pull ups , no police pull ups, no lapel pull ups no over/under pull ups, anything involving the leg and hip flexors?

  • looks like he's getting fucked in the ass at 0:48

  • @mistormaan Hahaha, that's epic.

  • @sajko1337 fucked in the ass is epic? what are you 12?

  • @mistormaan LOL!

  • @mistormaan The gay porno music doesnt help either lol

  • @o0OMarijuanaO0o hahahahaha

  • @o0OMarijuanaO0o

Hmmmm... how do you know what "GAY" porno music sounds like ?

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • only one word! NICEEEEE!!!!

  • why are they different hights at the end? , look at the result pictures :S

  • That what I thought lol

  • @Deface94 yea you grow taller and gain perfect vision when you get buff

  • are you superman shit i can't even pull my fat ass up once what was the song at the end

  • haha that was funny..the upside down one and "adding weights" haa...funny......backpack

  • good workouts but need to lock arm

  • actually you dont need to lock arm.

when you dont lock your arms you go down almost all the way, that helps you work on ur Lats and your chest and bicepts.

dead hang is easier than holding it at 150 degree angle

  • bullshit

  • Holy shit, those sure were some killer variations.

  • thisis a botleg version of fittness vip

  • because these are more effective?

  • Nice job i can do all of them but i like most the 10th one and i'm doing it every day on my double floor bed... XD

  • nice promo ad.

  • hi, live in sweden.. where can i buy this machine ???????

  • all u need is a door frame and the actual "machine"... google it

  • i have the iron jim pull up bar. watching your vids will help movitvate me 2 do more pull ups.

if u check my vid, i did 25 pull ups, but the last 4 or 5 i didnt count, i kind of used my legs and didnt go all the way up

  • i just bought the perfect pull up from wall mart and for sum reason it wont stay stationed on the wal plz some one give me sum ideas

  • umm... its for ur door frame not ur wall...

  • ya i figured that out later but i can only do one pool up an i have no one to assist me

  • theres a chart that tellls u what to do

  • You need a full range of motion, but otherwise excellent!

  • HEY ITS SOCK!

  • The upside down pull ups give my traps a nice burning sensation. Really helps to build my upper shoulders...

  • it wouls hurt if at 0:48 he fell ouch......

  • That wasn't a kipping pullup... And in reference to the comment about not fully extending so your joints aren't damaged - how is hanging fully extended going to damage your joints only holding your bodyweight when in an exercise like deadlift you hold hundreds of kilos with your arms fully extended... Some people are so clueless, brainwashed by tiny personal trainers who look like they have never lifted a weight in their life, yet they act like they know everything about building muscle. Hah.

  • @5hruglife this man is the truth, listen to him. suspending either by the hands or ankles is one of the best methods to relieving spinal tension and pressure, if anything full-range pull-ups help the flexibility of your joints. limiting your motion can probably do more harm than good because you're LIMITING your body's range of motion, so when the time comes to actually engage the muscle fibers that are involved in that movement, you'll probably pull it or be real sore the next day

  • where can I find such a bar with all these options. I want to have such a bar to put in my room ! = )

  • mt nice!=)

mas lembrem-se: smpr k fizerem a flexão de um membro , façam a extensão copleta de seguida. para não fikarem com nenhum encurtamento...kiss*

  • which one of these variations is the hardest one?

  • I would say the top three are:

    Assisted One Arm

    Weighted

    Circular

  • The hardest variation is the Towel Pullup. It's hard not just for a pull up but just one of the hardest workouts you can do in general..

  • 48 seconds, I would have laughed so much if you fell on back. Your Mum would have said 'I told you so'.

  • das gerät is cool

  • These are good, you have to be careful with the circular ones though, they are not very kind on your joints.

  • Thanks for some idea's

  • Comment removed

  • are you suppose to keep your elbows a little bent when you are hanging from the bar or go all the way down w/ straight elbows?

  • if you fully extend your elbows it might cause some damage to the joints which is why its better to keep it slightly bent

  • how u get taller lol

  • 48 secs, dude, I wish I could do that

  • its actually verryyyy easy lol. just look difficult.

  • Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO

You are very pretty and you are absolutely correct in what you say about losing weight.

  • you pulled a kneck muscle from not having good form and not controlling your muscles correctly it doesnt happen often and maybe just maybe your head is about 2 pounds over weight

  • aahhhh i don't suggest trying the ones with the hands close together. I just did 10 and when i somehow ended up pulling a neck muscle horribly. It is very very painfull

  • man you must be ripped?!

  • where did you buy that pull up bar???

  • google search "iron gym pull-up bar" it is basically the same thing

  • yeah where can we get that pull up bar is sick!

  • upside down pull ups on that bar? that would be a nice way to gain permanent paralysis when the doorway snaps and you fall smack on your spine.

  • ...do you live in a mud hut where the roof collapsing is a constant fear?

  • Did he grew taller too!? 1:21 Lol

  • Then he shrunk even shorter at 1:24 LOL!

  • nice except for your kipping pull ups aren't really kipping pull ups. you swing forward and use your lateral motion and convert it into horizantal motion

  • upside down = wtf crazy, lol

I need to get into shape, would love a bar like that.

  • this bar comes from the p90x workout program i think

  • um.....what they asked...

  • To you and all the people below you, if you saerch "iron gym pull-up bar" it isn't that exact but I didnt notice any significant difference between the two.

  • What brand is that bar?

  • yeah - who makes that particular bar?

  • how can i buy that kind of pull up bar through the internet?

  • dd instructions
