    I think you just view the video and then move the cursor to the area where there are stars which is below the video. As you move across the stars, they are highlighted and a comment appears just a bit to the right 'awsome' 'pretty cool' etc. You simply choose the level of approval that you feel is appropriate and click on that star. Thanks for viewing my video.
