Generac Power Systems Never Feel Powerless

have a 20 kw generator that doesn't work..lost power in Irene now 4 days out...generator wont produce electricity, apparently need new stator which can only be ordered thru generic...as of today part still not shipped, seems silly to spend all that money for a generator that doesn't work when u need it and parts are not readily available, still no power 4 days out and no end in site...would get a kohl or b&s instead of generac

I just recently purchased a used 20 KW generac quiet source generator with the 1.5 engine, only 400 hours. It is set up for propane currently. What do i need to do to convert it to natural gas?
