  • Thank you. All your tips are common sense, but I needed to hear them. I just binged last night. Typing this, I feel, will help me in my goal to stop binging for good. I hate myself afterwards, yet I know that I can stop. Thank you again for posting these simple, yet profound insights.

  • What about peanut butter ? LOL . Peanut butter is like .. My weakness ,

  • @xXMissFantastic Peanut butter was my weakness also; i learned to have it in moderation. I'd add a spoon of it to an apple, toast, oatmeal, etc. So i'd get the taste of it but fill up on the other nutritious stuff. :)

  • @MadalinesPaige. You said you lost a whole lot of weight. But wern't you in recovery? I dont understand. Can you explain?

  • i love friends!!!

  • in your next video stick your tongue out and hold it out for 5 minutes mmmmmmmm

  • you are amazing.congrats on everything your seriously inspirational

  • You are so beautiful and this video has realy been helping me from overeating thank you :)

  • Your videos have really helped me. I've been trying to loose weight for a long long time. It's a constant battle, but I've come a really long way. But after trying so long its hard to keep motivated. And you are right. You have to make a whole lifestyle change and to do just something, not binge but get up and do something. Those are the two tips that sink in and have really helped me. Seeing you looking so much thinner is really an eye opener that it is possible. So thanks!

  • Thanks! It's so nice of you talking about this tips, your helping alot of people! I'm so glad I found you here. :)

  • to not binge: get enough sleep, drink a lot of water, eat only when hungry and stop when you're satisfied(2/3 full). get outside and move around. go for a walk or run. do an activity you enjoy(one that doesn't involve eating). before you feel the urge to binge, drink alot of water and wait 10 minutes. think about how you feel after a binge and how you don't wna to be/feel sick. play some music. talk to a friend. eat to live not live to eat. i know its x-tremely hard. but good luck to all. =]

  • Yes, music is a BIG positive to get your mind off food. Well said.

It's good to hear things are going so well. Yeah, I know it's been over a year... I hope you're still doing good. You deserve it!... '^L^,

  • Thanks heaps :)

I'm around your age and I have Binge Eating Disorder.

It is seriously getting crazy, yesterday I ate like a ton of chocolate, a milkshake, then two biscuits, then chips and basically anything I could get my hands on.

Today after feeling guilty I had a hot chocolate, a milkshake, chocolate, chips and everything all over again now I feel fat and gross and am looking up these videos for inspiration. Thanks so much :)

  • i also heard that your body can confuse tiredness with hunger lol...found that funny

  • thanks for the xtra tips!! they have really helped!! :D

  • This video makes me happy to watch:) It makes me realize it's not about how many calories it's about the vitamins and nutrients and eating the healthiest possible. I am recovering from anorexia and bulimia, and i hated how i was always anxious when i ate something. But now i know it shouldnt matter as long as i'm treating my body with respect it will respect me... By the way I love yoga too:)

  • Your really good as you dont stave yourself. Im anorexic and i hate starving myself cus like you, i get binge craves. I limit myself to about 175 calories ( more or less).

:) I also do alot of aerobics cus every calorie burned helps!

  • Thank you for the wonderful tips! Best of luck with your recovery :)

  • =) Thanks xx

  • i love yoga!!! its relaxing :)

belly danceing is really fun too :). thanks for your video :D

  • Good tips :D

  • That makes me so happy to hear! I truly believe that if you clean up your diet by eating whole, natural foods with as little sugar as possible, you won't crave as much sugar. But the truth is that craving happen, and my goal is to keep coming up with easy, helpful ways to prevent overeating and share what truly has worked for me :)

  • Your videos are great! I can't possibly tell you how much your other overeating video helped me. I can't wait to try these tools out.

    Thank you.
