  • excellent rendition of the best version (Buckley) of this song :)

  • I love how you put that jazzy swing on it, very cool interpretation of this song!!(:

  • wow....thats good in all but you over did it i just play it normal

  • he doesn't just press they keys, his fingers dance across. beautiful

  • God, i need to get lessons off of this guy :P you're an excellent piano player Kudo's to you notreisrael

  • it´s ok....but your phrasing.....it`s sooo much!! don´t play so many notes in one second! then it would sounds better! don´t care!! greets from austria

  • Bravo!!

  • hey man, i got the song by ear im just trying to find a sweet intro. anyway you could make me a tutorial for the intro you do?

  • J'adore ... :) façon jazz magnifique

  • this . . . is awesome . . .

  • ...................ok.

  • vraiment superbe!!!!!!!!!!

  • det dåligaste jag hört lär dig gitarr ist:P

  • sämsta annars....

  • Interesting take on it - your playing is incredible, but it sounds to me like the simplicity and beauty of Buckley's version has lost its simplicity with your flourishes and scales. However, it is a dramatic new take on it, which, as someone before me has said, seems restless and strong.

  • do a tutorial!!!

  • it's not rufus wainwright or jeff buckley, it's leonard cohen... wainwright and buckley only made covers of the song.. but jeff buckley's version is the best!

  • deraco, do you just look for these songs and say - its not jeff buckley its rufus wainwright.. iv seen u post this on several vids now and its kinda sad

  • ITS LEONARD COHEN! not wainwright or buckley.

  • rufus wainwright did the shrek movie...

  • actually...your are kinda right. First I was gonno say -nooo

But I think he does a mix out of Jeff Buckleys, Rufus Wainwrights and some classical thingies (some arabesque sounding though)

and YES we ALL know by now that Leonard Cohen was the guy who wrote it. Thanks to alle the wise men in the world....

  • lol, i donno why i did that to alot of videos

  • Техника супер, тока выебона черезчур...

  • undoubtedly: great talent, but i want to be honest: for me this interpretation sounds too "restless"... but interesting :-)

  • c'est une interprétation intéressante, cependant il y a certains accords quels je n'aiment pas beaucoup. et le chanson "halleluia" était originalement par Leonard Cohen, et pas Jeff Buckley =]

  • C'est génial

  • Marry me.

  • You want to marry me or you want to marry my hands ?

  • @notreisrael : it´s ok....but your phrasing.....it`s sooo much!! don´t play so many notes in one second! then it would sounds better! don´t care!! greets from austria

  • Très bien! Cela me fait plaisir!

  • too busy. better played straight forward.

  • tout simplement j'adore ...

  • I liked everything from 0:45 secs. but before that.. you best cut it... all of that minor junk and jazziness does not fit the style of this particular piece.. and if this is your arrangement.. if you are able to explain your reasoning by putting in awkward notes and whatnot.. that would be HIGHLY appreciated. But I really like your playing method and style.. You are great..

  • Apparently, you have never heard Buckley's version, as he has the same exact intro in it. There's no need for him to explain his reasoning. It's in there because that's exactly how Buckley's version goes.

  • kol hacavod! ;)

or 'well done' if you may..

    great video, great song!

  • I must say this was really good :D

    Defenently 5stars :) *thomas*

  • Great job as usual!

  • ... Sur une proposition de Jens-Peter
