  • hey azz did ur tornado ball come with the fat rope i got 1 with little skinny rope not that great

  • thats awesome aaron, you all have awesome bodies...still counting down the weeks!

  • fun fun fun

  • 1 of the worlds most amazing athletes, he is going to come back stronger than ever before. He had 4 disc bulges then just as he was coming back broke his fibular and ankle. He is going to blitz next yr. Good nutrition, good training

  • Bah! Everyone who is active has bulging discs.....well 70% of us. Broken ankle might slow one down a little though.

  • you can tell anthony bah, try performing with 60% right arm & 3/4 glute size on right L. Its true that a large number of people have disk bulges dont think many people on the planet have performed at anthony's level though.

  • the large number of disk bulges are not from being active they are from bodies that are made of products instead of real food. Hopefully we can inspire more of the world to change if anthony can rebuild his body maybe more can realize their potential.

  • Is there any science to back up the products(I assume you are referring to processed crap) comment. I've never considered that before in regards to discs. Interesting.

The studies I've read show that more active people have more disc bulges (even without pain). One showed that high risk workers have a 76% chance of disc pathology without pain. This is in the lumbar spine, the cervical may be a different story.

  • gracovetsky's studies are cool. The best i can offer is my own experience with clients for 12yrs those that grew up on or had parents that grew up on whole fresh food have better tissues, this is not in every case although the strongest most gifted athletes i have worked with had a connection to real food. In their youth. Scientific research could prove it although it is such a complex multi faceted system. 1 thing is sure people cant take heavy training on processed crap (cant call it food)

  • Well, I guess I was raised on crap. I blew out my meniscus sitting up in bed and I have 2 disc bulges. Maybe after a few years of good eating my body will regenerate with a higher quality version.

  • We can all change and rebuild a new body. I have had a full shoulder reconstruction on my right and dislocated the L on many occasions plus damaged my spine bad at 19 in the thoracic which left me unable to do anything pain free for over six months drs thought i had a cancerous growth. Even with a recurrence of the spine injury i came back learnt heaps along the way about nutrition & training.

  • Yeah dude, you've done really well. I've bounced back from a few injuries myself, but I'm far from where I'm wanting to be. I too have learnt so much as a result. I've still got so much to learn.

  • anthony minichiello?!
