Lobsters are primitive beings, they're like insects of the ocean. once in hot water they die pretty quick. humans would die pretty quick too, because when our body temperature exceeds 43-44 degrees Celsius we die instantly, and given that water boils at a 100 degrees it doesn't take long for that to happen. Same goes for the lobsters + they also can't feel pain because they don't have a central nervous system.
