They are totally different.

Miku has extremely long bluish green hair, she has shortish blond hair.

Miku is utterly and totally FLAT, this girl is bouncy.

Miku wears a school uniform, this girl wears a maid outfit.

This girl has her haired tied up in ribbons, Miku has hers in....some weird square things...that aren't ribbons.....XD
