There are two ways to play the "choking game"

1) The wrong way, Choking by the neck when the person exhales after hyperventilating to get dizzy, there is no sign of the person losing consciousness.

2) The right way, Pressing against the chest hard after inhaling and hyperventilating, the person lets out the remaining air trapped in the lungs letting you know he is unconscious.

The pass out game isn't about getting high, it's about seeing what it is like to be rendered unconscious.

It is about as dangerous as inhaling helium from a balloon. The only time it is dangerous is when going by choking the neck for longer then necessary usually due to not knowing if the person is still conscious or not.

The person is knocked unconscious for about 3-5 seconds but it feels as though it has been hours, you see nothing, hear nothing, feel nothing while unconscious.

Do not do this over and over or it may become damaging, you have been educated, the risk is in your hands.
