@retal06 they're called aileron spades. They're attached to the aileron to lighten the control forces when rolling. Without them, the force to move the ailerons with the stick would be a lot greater with large deflections of the aileron. They make it less tiring on the arms when doing abrupt rolling in an aerobatic airplane.
