He was only Supt., therefore it is not common for the General Board to attend. The reason Bishop White and Bishop Owens attends was simply because Bishop Owens was his bishop, and Bishop White is based out of ATL as well.

@truviking87 Well it wasn't a national homegoing. Only Jurisdictional Bishops and Supervisors get a National Homegoing. He was District Superintendant so therefore he would get a State Homegoing in which his Jurisdicational Bishop would preside. That's why you don't see many other General Board members present (although the National Church was WELL represented) There was no bad blood or misunderstanding if that's what you are trying to imply... Apparently you aren't COGIC.
