Any news of Marshall islander radar-related deaths? No.

It has Keep Out Zones so it will not illuminate anywhere in the direction of a populated area.

Also, it's going to be directed up at high angles of elevaiton since it's use is to illuminate missiles in space not objects such as aircraft at lower angles of elevation.
