Bush is a F*ing idiot. How dare he bring up his own agenda about Cuba while visiting Rwanda under the guise of commemorating the genocide. I believe Bush needs to take some time to understand both the history of Rwanda and that of Cuba and then maybe he would have the wisdom and understanding to speak about these countries that have only been hurt by the imperialism of the West.
