LMAO. It's a containment area for trucks carrying hazardous material, genius. And that sign has been there for years. I drive this stretch of 17 several times a week. No one in their right mind could ever stop at this rest area and think it was a containment area for people. It's wide open with several major roads all around it. No fence, no infrastructure for containment, nothing.
