I have been doing legs crossed in a lying posision and the sides on the machine in the gym. And do you have any good tips for the back? I am a female living here in Sweden and wanting abs for the summer or visial abs.

no crunches, weighted decline sit ups and hanging leg raises! I also don't do them every day either. About 4 times per week.

yes try decline weighted sit ups!!! Hold a heavy weight on your cest and do sit ups!!! You will get major results!

I don't do "crunches", I do deline weighted sit ups on a bench, plus side bends.
