  • I wish I could have seen the full video exactly what type of exercise you doing so I can do some crunches myself to help tighten my abs.

  • You stand and hold a kettle or a dumbbell with one hand and do that -- it works out your obliques.. but make sure you add lots of variation within ab workouts or your abdominals will adapt and won't build.

I have been doing legs crossed in a lying posision and the sides on the machine in the gym. And do you have any good tips for the back?   • Nooo, I'm using heavie weight which actually builds more muscle, I'm looking for more muscle and definition on the side of my obliques.

  • no crunches, weighted decline sit ups and hanging leg raises! I also don't do them every day either. About 4 times per week.

  • yes try decline weighted sit ups!!! Hold a heavy weight on your cest and do sit ups!!! You will get major results!

  • I don't do "crunches", I do deline weighted sit ups on a bench, plus side bends.
