This is what blows me away about Republican Bob Schoonover. He gets a chance to point the finger at the culprits (LA City council & the Mayor) for spending us into a hole, & what does he say? He agrees that were in historical fiscal times. What an idiot. He could have chastised the city council & the mayor for NOT DOING THEIR JOBS AND LEARN HOW TO BALANCE A CHECKBOOK, OR LEARN HOW TO COLLECT PARKING FEES, ETC, ETC...ON & ON. Bob Schoonover is a disgrace to the SEIU members.
