If MW2 had any semblance of reality, you'd have an extra round in the chamber every time you reloaded when not empty; you'd have a limited number of magazines and, given enough reloads, would eventually load one of your used mags; bullets from assault rifles would be more powerful than even the .44 Magnum or the Desert Eagle; shotguns would have longer range; snipers would encourage you to hit center of mass... The list goes on and on.

The gun is moving to the side too much when he inserts the clip, it should be going in the direction and angle the clip's being inserted from.
