The thing that pisses me off is that after Stella dies Shinn spends like, one episode, no, more like half an episode in mourning and being depressed, after that he immediately goes into is stupid "I'm gonna get revenge and kill Kira cuz he killed Stella so I can feel better." mentality that he does so well. I may of been able to appreciate her death more if he'd of been in mourning for more than half an episode, tyvm for ruining the death of my fav char Sunrise and Chiaki Morosawa.

Well Kira had a choice....let Shinn die and whoever else was in the way of the beam, or destroy the one that's causing the damage.. I don't think Kira knows exactly who was in the big mobile suit, but if he did, he would have probably done something different. Kira tries his best to not kill anybody. That includes enemy Gundams.

I like Kira for the most part, he's very... hated by Shin, sorta, it's been a while. But, I think you're right, he wouldn't have let anyone die.
