Wow my first thought, was nice costumes, so good job Heather. Then I thought, I look at the cast. I noticed the doctor's name is also Heather, and that her last name is Deschain which happens to be the last name of the main character in the Dark Tower series that I'm reading. I thought what a strange coincedence, which is also funny because in the book it talks about coincedence being "out the door". The whole series is about "The Dream"

Personally, I felt it was a much more original use of the term. Almost everywhere else it was used in an "upper class, British" kind of way...which is pretty predictable. This film didn't go with that flow
