@rgarcia77 Yeah. I'm a huge western nut, and my dad kept telling me this was the best. We couldn't find it anywhere and walmart didn't appear to have it. They had a great idea to put movies in a bin so you couldn't see them all and when I was digging through them I was what looked like the grip of a revolver, I dug some more and found it was this movie. I had a death grip on it till I got home xD

I found this while posting a tribute to the late Sam Bottoms on Facebook. This is a great scene from one of the best films ever. Clever how the wounded "kid" can step in to help the mighty hero. You know, I've always remebered Sam more for this character more so than "Lance" from Apocolypse Now(another great film). Anyway, rest in peace Sam.

I never understood how easily the snuck up on Josey in this scene, given the terrain. Seems like he would have heard them trampling through the brush AND caught a glimpse of them out of the corner of his eye before they were right up on him!

I guess Benny was the only smart one of the bunch! (Never came up!)
