I remember when I was 5 I got this game when it very first came out, played the hell out of it. Then like a year or 2 later I was walking with my mom in the mall to get something, and I saw an advertisement for gran turismo 3!... for ps2. NOOOOOO.

It makes me sad to think about the Japanese manufactures made such great sports cars like the RX-7, NSX, Integra, Supra, Celica, MR-2, Stagea, ect, and just dropped them.... They really don't make anything cool anymore,they have been sucked into just boring "eco-friendly" shit. The only things are really keeping the sport car part alive is the Miata, GT-R, Impreza/Legacy, and Evo X;but they look really ugly now

So many fond memories. My favourite car was a stripped out Misubishi Evo 5. Wasnt the fastest car in the game but I had it set up just right. Bought it used and tuned the s*** out of it, porting, polishing, fettled with the suspension, yaw control, break balance the lot! I used to leave the game on on this part, just for this song! Better dig out my dusty black playstation 1.
