**ENB series is a mod you put in GTA folder (no file changes), it adds shadows, reflections, realistic water, bloom, search it here...

***For makig side-missions which would always be there, i.e. more street races, or "60 Seconds"-style car thefts, etc...

This mod + removing "texture shadows" (like the tree's shadows in 0:10) + high poly/high definition textured cars* from gta 3 + ENB series** (which, with the right settings, can look almost identical to GTA IV, even better, except for the unmodded car/city models which are low poly compared to GTA IV) + missions mod*** = best game ever

dude , your LC mod rocks !! thank you for this work ! Beta 6 it's also realistic and close to GTA III . I said at some of my friends when i was playing that this is the real GTA III , they belived me , and they saw the airplanes and the helis (you can't pick up the heli or bikes in gta 3) when i pick them up they said .. :O WTF!

i dont get why everyone loves this mod so much. all it does is unlock liberty city. Shit, san andreas is better. The only way I would ever download this is if they actually got the cutscenes, and missions, and everything else from liberty city stories and put it all into the game. But seeing how it's been 4 years since that came out and they have yet to do it still, I don't see it happening.... :(

this mod is really boring, u dont get to do anything. u play as gta 3 claude's model. u dont get to dress or eat or do anything like in san andreas. no interiors at all, vegetation sucks, and da way u save da game is exactly da way u save in gta 3. u walk into a door, and then the save menu comes up. it basically gta 3 in the san andreas engine, but no features nor missions at all
