This has been a favourite of mine for a while. Its easy to overlook Fullers as a beer geek but they produce some great beer and continue to innovate as well.
I've had it in bottle, on Keg in a Fullers pub in London and had it on cask in my local. The cask is bloody lovely, silky smooth as roasted. The Keg was freezing cold and sadly masked those gorgeous rich flavours. Cask is king for this porter. A classic and still a winner!
@HopZine Have you had any of the Past Masters series yet? I've been reading about them as I read Ron Pattinson's blog, but I don't think they're being distributed to the US.
@BeerGeekNation I haven't yet had the pleasure of the Black Butte, but it's probably the only porter out there that I'm really itching to try. Cheers back at you!
@TheMasterOfHoppets Glad you like the review. Don't tell Ryan you've had it on cask, or he might become... fragile. Note how he responds to me even getting it on tap! ;->
Great review guys! This is indeed a great English Porter! I hope to go to the brewery in April when im going to London with my University, then I will have to get this fresh from tap :-P I have been to Fullers once before which was great fun. Cheers guys!
Great video! Check out my beer reviews if you get a chance.

@HopZine Great review, I like the split screen. Fuller London Porter may not taste as great as Mackeson Stout, but quite close.

I can't remember if I've had this one yet, I really like their ESB. Nice to see more people doing the Skype collab video reviews.
if you have editing software, you can "zoom in" . I hate how Replay Telecorder does that letterboxing effect.

This is a fantastic beer on tap. It actually reminds me a lot of Black Butte from Deshutes or i guess vice versa! Cheers
