Yeah, most of the songs I like the streetlight version better (especially riding the fourth wave and supernothing) but Kristina and footsteps I like the catch version better. Even though I know the instruments are better, not all of the intensity is there for the streetlight version, like a magic they couldn't repeat for those songs.

just a very rare version of a cover, since kalnoky actually wrote all the songs, which is prolly why the topic gets argued over so much, the two bands have different sounds, and the two lead singers have much different voices, streetlight keeps all their horns tight and the way they are supposed to be played like traditionally, while catch has more ska sounding horns, and are a traditionally more ska band, while streetlight also plays ska, it kind of has a twist to it.
