  • I like this old video for it's "progressive" information in it's day, but we've come so much further along in understanding - that I pick up little things that aren't quite right (tho still better than the SAD). I almost spit out my drink when I heard Dr. McDougall state we're doing better to put down the steak and eat spaghetti instead. LOL...um...no, especially not that gluey substance people call noodles! lol

  • Very nice vidio awesome

  • Great video. Even vegans need to beware not to overindulge in processed fats [olive oil, coconut oil, vegan butters, etc.]

  • I've love John Robbins for his work, bravery to step out and for his willingness to teach others before his first book ever became Popular and Mr. John Robbins became known. Way to go John Robbins and thank you for taking the time to teach us. Now if people will not only listen but take action as well! Thank you for all you do!

  • A.) this guy has a serious problem w/ estrogen dominance. B.) eating fat and cholesterol has almost NOTHING to do with serum cholesterol. The "information" in this is ancient and has been disproven.

  • @mensacyclist this is an exercpt from a national health institute study "The results support the conclusion that lipid composition of the diet affects serum cholesterol concentration and risk of coronary death in middle-aged American men." There is many other studies that would show you are wrong. Very few high cholesterol cases are from genetic defects most of them are from lifestyle factors such as smoking, diabetes, and a high saturated fat diet.

  • @mensacyclist : I can definitely say that saturated fat has a direct adverse impact on my LDL-C. I have the evidence and the history to support the results from dietary changes I've made over my life. My best lab test results have always followed periods of low animal food intake. My TC of 236 is now 212 and that is before I even took serious steps to lower it. I plan to have more bloodwork done this spring to see how things are progressing. I use the Okinawan traditional diet as a model diet.

  • Dr. Colon and Dr. Clapper??? LMAO.

  • Um, its Dr Colin Campbell, dumbass.

  • Americans will continue to eat meats and dairy even if they had this information they will not change. So sad. The CHIP program, (Choronary Health Improvement Project) of Loma Linda University has done a fantastic job at saving many hundreds of peoples lives by helping them to understand why a lifestyle change is important to good health.

  • not only that but now the Asian countries (specifically China) are consuming more and more meat as they become wealthier. There are 1.3 Billion Chinese, more than 4 times the number of Americans.

  • but they're not overweight. They don't drive all day. They walk which is excercising.

  • OMG! OMG! omg! o.m.g. I LOVE THIS VIDEO. teach, my brother, teach, my brother, teach...

  • Hahaha, you're the guy from the David Icke video! What a coincidence. It seems we two really are seeking the truth huh?

  • Yeh, lol.. I know...well, u know what they say: great mindz manouvre alike! - lol.

  • That they do :)

  • in that case i should let you know that David Icke is pretty much controlled nowadays, his old information is useful but you're better off looking elsewhere nowadays! peace
