@59771006 They changed the lyrics "Give me a tropical contact high" to "Under a tropical island sky" probably because they felt they shouldn't be teaching kids about getting a contact high. True, the Beach Boys probably meant getting a contact high figuratively from the surrounding rather than literally from drugs, but since it has drug connotations, the Muppets probably felt it was safer to just alter it slightly.

I love this rendition of Kokomo. My only critique is that it's not the whole thing. It's a shame because the sax solo that comes right after where you ended it is my favorite part. However, it's a great quality video and not "customized" as so many YouTube videos are, so it still gets a thumbs up.
