Vanlentjin Overeem is strong. You have to be very strong to submitt your oponent with a neck crank like that one.
In a stand up fight Ray Sefo would knock Valentjin out, but this is MMA and Ray really have to improve his take down defences and ground fighting very much or Ray can quit MMA imdiately.
ray sefo's stand up game is great no question about it, he's proven that throughout his career, but he would be a far much greater fighter if he had ground game.
@V2LOCSTAH He´s to old and have been striking to long to develop a sufficiant groundgame for MMA unfortunately, same with Mark Hunt, they are lousy grapplers both off them and have no sprawl what so ever, but their standup would rip through the division(if they could keep it standing that is).
