  • Great product but shitty fucking customer service. My toilet had a defect, and I couldn't get an answer as to whether or not my particular toilet had an issue or if it was a shitty design. Filled out forms on website, phoned customer service, sent emails, absolutely no response. The lady on the phone was an absolute twit that probably didn't even know what company she was working for. I fixed the problem myself with a piece of string. In addition the logo on the bowl was put on crooked.

  • WHY DID YOU....oh my not intrested

  • I was eating when i look at this. CAT LITTER.

  • watching these toilet videos is strangely therapeutic!

  • not imprest. if it could flush a load of my crap i would be inprest. i have yet to sit on a toilet that can take, the loads i nominally dump. even a public rest room toilet. i once plugged one of throws to. my load can get bigger then that load of 11 water wigglers. I've had turds bigger then throws water wigglers. harder to.

  • @undercoverhillnerd "inprest"? are you kidding me?

  • @esaitta3 pipe down I know my spieling sucks tell me some thing I don't know.

  • Flushing perfectly good ciggs

  • u wasted 40 cigs man.! >:o

  • аж гипнотизирует

  • you also can flush your baby ^^ hahaha

  • You just wasted perfectly good food that can go to the needy, but you just flushed them down the toilet. Literally

  • I... love you... so much for flushing those cigarettes...

  • Boy ill bet this will be extremely ideal for dope-dealers before the cops break the door down and raid the house! lol!

  • That toilet is a beast.

  • So the next time I eat 11 water wigglers, I won't have to worry about the next morning.

  • Guys at the water sanitation plant: What the...????

  • How much money was wasted on everything that got flushed?????????

  • @TheSlamminSammie they need to quit breaking into my home and useing my toilet those where my water wigglers and my food but not i have no phone ughhhhh i need money from them ill break their company cuz of their dumbness

  • Don't sit on it while flushing or you'll end up in the sewer too !

  • I doubt that you guys would ever show something that didn't flush like a crowbar or something.

  • wow! my neighbor recommended this toilet so i looked it up!

  • We need to see if it can put down a fire log

  • アメリカでは食べ物をまるでゴミのように扱うのですね。

  • it means that i can use it as trash can?

  • "Like" American Standard Plumbing on Facebook by 5/15/2011 and enter for a chance to win $1,000 worth of products.

  • The next time I shit phones, golfballs, undigested food I'll use this toilet!

  • Who flushes cigarettes down at 0:20? wasteful? IDK ..no

  • I have a quick question, I am about to buy 2 of this bowls, my question is:

How high is the water level after a flush? I noticed in the video that the water level in the bowl is nice when you drop items in, but after flushing the water level is very low... How do you get the water level to be as it is before dropping the items? Does it do it by itself? of do you manually open the flapper a bit to refill?

  • @bajacapt The water level in my toilets does rise to what is shown in the video as they flush test each item. It may take about 15 to 20 seconds after you flush to reach that level again, but nothing needs to be be done regarding the flapper.

  • @Algonquin Thanks for reply. after some further reading I ended up buying the American Standard Champion 4, great bowls, no doubt, happy with purchase ;)

  • thumbs up if you thought they were flushing turds.

  • Am i wrong if this made me hungry?

  • why the hell am i watching this

  • Bought one of these toilets - it's UNPLUGABLE. Taken some huge loads in it - still keeps on flushing with no problem.

  • I glanced at it quickly and though the hot dogs were a bunch of turds... was thinking to myself "someone had been saving up for a while" lol

  • u shudda tested 1 justin bieber too

  • The Cadet 3 Toilet, your bathroom trashcan

  • good bye wonderful tasty food

  • they flushed everything as an example of different types of poop

  • My tummy doesnt digest chicken so now i can pass the 56 chicken nuggets in my lower intestines

  • WHAT!!

  • You don't need the plural form of "lb" for the caption that appears for the "orange peels" segment. What were you people thinking?

  • 40 cigarettes ? oh come on!

  • @TonihGangstar That's the best place for the god-damned things.

  • @madamerotten NOOOO!!!

  • Telephones go down the Hoooooooooooooollllllllllllllllllllllleeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

  • what flush rate is this toilet?

  • @starwarssith - 1.6 GPF

  • This stuff would get stuck in the pipes around where I live.

  • Mmmm, at 1:42 it seems the sliders went down with the help of a video edit.

  • @refriaire yuppp i caught that.

  • Why dont you show a massive poo? im telling you that im not going to have a bunch of water wigglers or golf balls in my ass. Where's the feces american standard?

  • Looking at that cat litter, I have to wonder if you have a pet lion in there. That was serious.

  • Sooo... The toilet flushes it, but it would then seem likely to clog in the waste piple in the basement. Or, does this guy generate enough force to blow the cap off my septic tanks? ;)

  • what about human feces? you didn't show any of those :(

  • Alright, we get it, but will it flush that monster poop people will inevitably abandon in it?

  • 5 large hot dogs was pretty accurate

  • i wasn't impressed, then it devoured chicken nuggets whole O_o

  • 56 chicken nuggets? NUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!!!1

  • when it did the 40 cigarettes I'm like ^_^

  • i poop out those watter wigglers

  • WAHAHAHA!! xD

  • That toilet is for people who shits a lot haha!

  • l always think of Jenning's Pedestal Vase-a loo of the late 1880s.They flushed a sponge,10 apples,3 air vessels, plumber's grease coated all over the pan,and it all went down.Mr Shanks flushed an apprentice's hat down one of his models while testing it,and that went too!

  • @AG3304 I happen to have tested one those Pedestal Vase's a few weeks ago with the same sort of test, sadly we could not find the plumbers grease to smear on the pan, it took the 10 apples, air vessels and sponge down with no trouble what to ever, I believe I have a video somewhere, send me a message if you want to see it!

  • @ramdomness453 Pedestal Vase forever! A great old loo.

  • ur crazy for throwing away all that stuff

  • dont stick your hand in the water!

  • Cadet 3 Toilet Flushing Demo - Cat litter, Sliders, Cigarettes, and more but will it handle my crap??

  • look, I'm a plumber and I spend a lot of time snaking sewers and clearing clogged toilets. You would NOT believe what some people try and flush. Cell phones ain't s**t so to speak. I commend these companies for designing and re-designing something that is a simple device that was originally deigned for TWO very simple reasons. The consumer has made the demand on the mfg. Complain all you want, try and knock their claims but really the only things that should be flushed are human waste and TP.

  • Comment removed

  • Let's flush a china tea cup down too, and have it get stuck.

  • Could you try and flush a Pampers size 5 or 6 after dipping it a number of times in the water so it's at the point of ready to burst

  • I wonder what would happen if we put a large do do in there .. that stuff looks easy.

  • this is such a waste of stuff, i mean c'mon, cellphones?, those go to the ocean and its gonna hurt the fishes

  • @RedAndBlackPacman The cell phones no longer worked and were donated by employees. The testing is done in rig that is not hooked up to a sewage ssytem (it goes into a bucket afterward.) The food is expired food from a local supermarket and is also re-used when possible.

  • @RedAndBlackPacman

Why should it hurt the fishes?

  • @RedAndBlackPacman Wow, your retarded

  • Hmmm... look at the water level in the bowl after a fush, and look at it when they after items to flush... they were adding water to the bowl to assist with each flush.

Is this really a true test of what the unit can do? I just purcased this model as a replacement for our aging toilets, and now I'm just realizing how this video was done.

  • @Algonquin This test was performed by an engineer in a controlled setting that replicates specific water amounts for flushing. The difference you may see in water level are because of editing out of footage to shorten the video (specifically not waiting for it to fully refill.) The water spot used in testing is consistent for every flush, the refills were cut out to save time.

  • @AmericanStandard01 Apologies... the water level does slowly rise to what is shown in the video, and was just a result of editting to speed up the video. I've installed 3 in my home to replace the aging units, and each one does an excellent job.

  • I always check when I flush and now I notice I have worms in my stool.

  • Finally, I can pass those twenty golf balls that I've been storing in my lower intestine.

  • @Brythonic ...probably better than having 40 cigarettes there!

  • Has anyone ever noticed how they never use tissue in any of these tests? Whats up with that?

  • @Notorious346 We've used tissue before and I believe the Champion 4 flushed about 150 ft. in one flush. Not sure on the exact number. Would the tissue be balled up or just dumped in?

  • @Notorious346

did you miss the orange peels or the 20 golf balls? tissue is kids stuff compared to that

  • kinda makes me question the size of peoples crap. lol.

  • @xzc426 it's American Standard !

  • a bowl full of baby ruths would be a nice effect

and you thought dropping your cell phone into the toilet was bad; splash, swoosh :(

  • daaaang, i need that toilet haha xP

  • how that all that be?

  • this toilet is becomming too common :| but i have the Cadet II RF from 1997. nice toilet >_> I am thinking about the H2Option for our front bathroom [i have to get meh mom to get a toilet first] these days cant handle a weak 1983/1982 American Standard Plebe EL

  • Did you check out the H2Option video? It flushed 5 hotdogs on the half-flush!

  • yes i saw most all your videos. ugh. i want it. [my Cadet II RF is good, but is not legally water efficient xD

  • "Diaper go down the hoooooolllllle. Bye Bye, diaper." Baby Plucky from Tiny Toon Adventures. LOL

  • I have got to admit, this commercial about this toilet would be better if Billy Mays (R.I.P.) became a spokesperson for it.

  • As a test I actually have a few of these at work and if you overfill the tank it actually seems to flush worse than it does with less water around the correct level, None the less a great toilet. I still would choose the champion 4 over this though.

  • I love the detail of "56 Chicken Nuggets." Would it work with 57? I need to know!

  • ...completely random. Sometimes we worked our way up tot the number, other times its the amount of the item we had on hand.

  • If you're going to have Steve Agee over for lunch or dinner, you really should have one of these.

  • Cadet 3 is the best toilet for the cash... can't beat how well it works and how cheap it is.

  • Cat litter was the most impressive as its a large amount of sticky material and the bowl is spotless after its flushed.

  • I'm a proud owner of one of these babies!

  • All food used was salvaged (expired.) All flushing was done in a closed system test area.

  • this was impressive, not a big fan of american standard but this was absolutely impressive. I wish A.S. would design some toilets like this for Crane Plumbing or at least slap a crane badge on them, i would buy one in a second then.

  • ROFL! American Standard literally owns Crane and UR. remember :)

  • im aware of that Ivan...lol

  • xD Can you see it now D:

    The American Crane Rundle Atlas

    lol

  • Lmao! Funny shit!
