I did that on my bike. It is a 2 stroke so it has a short exhaust. The rear plastic was bent up virtical so I ended up needing to buy a new set of those. I had bought a £400 Akrapovic exhaust about a week before which I hadn't fitted yet which was just as well because it is as large as a 4 stroke exhaust and would of gotten wrecked lol

My friend just did that on his CRF 250 at the Oregon dunes. Ruined his rear fender...lesson here? Don't buy a thousand dollar exhaust for your bike then loop it out. LOL!!
