The spot from :16 - :39 is in Yokosuka. We used to call it Mini EMB back in the day. It is on the roof of a school near Umi Kaze Skatepark.

No, handed back to the Japanese a long time ago. Plus, Ishigaki Island has no bases - just nice people, lovely weather and beautiful scenery.
