Ah, yea I used the box the ball came in (there are holes in it about the right size) to get somewhat the shape and then kinda free handed it from there

Yah man but what did u use to trace the circles like to make the ears? Was it half the hamster ball or something else?

@ yue1cool - I used half inch foamcore board...it may have been thicker...like 3/4" cant remember now.

I got the ball at a petstore, you can find them at petsmart or something similar

where did u get the plastic ball???

Its pretty hard to explain, other than I just did trial and error. I kept trying to stretch the fabric as much as i could. I still had a couple seams. I would suggest getting a very stretchy fabric and start with the biggest areas yet and work in small sections until you have to put a seam.

Could you explain how you got the felt to go on the head without creases?

Just used Elmers glue to make the eyes stick
