@LouiseEdington She is terrific! It is an exercise to figure out WHAT to delegate, WHO to delegate it and HOW to delegate it to them. This takes up a large of of chapter 2 of my book, Fortune is in the Follow Up.
Gone are the days when I thought I had to do it all...my last assistant cured me of that...she was so good that I will never feel like only I can do it all again.
@DiscoveringDelicious She sounds like a great asset to have had. Remember, just because we can do it all, doesn't mean we should and even more importantly, why the heck would we want to!
I have given up "have to" , " should" and " need to" and replaced it with EASE and FLOW. My life and business are always unfolding and my to do list will never get done. I lived so long in RUSH RUSH RUSH and I am officially done!!
@jjflizanes I agree! I have to remind myself constantly that life and professional s!uccess is a process, not a product. If I am not enjoying it, I don't want to do it
