  • Want a flat stomach? eat less. Sit ups are the worst for getting a flat stomach. work out your legs - biggest muscle = lots of calorie burning.

  • @candyman Yeah, very true, the diet offered by the site WeightLossAction.Info works marvellously, I myself have lost a bunch of weight really quickly using it...highly reccomended.

  • The video and the exercise is good. I do will try this exercise for me. Exercise alone won't help you get flat stomatch you should also observe proper and efficient diet in order to loose your fats quickly. I do know a link of a site wherein they give workout plans and informations on how you could achieve a lean muscular look. Youtube won't allow me to post the link but you can check it on my profile.

  • i NEVER exercise and this is my first time doing this, and to be honest it feels like im just working out my leg, not my tummy, and it didnt hurt at all, i was just a little tired. and he is MAD fucking creepy

  • I don't know why anyone would follow a nutrition program that isn't customized to their body type. Anyone who wants to lose weight should be following the "Fat Loss Customized" program..

  • I've been doing a 100 of these every morning for the last few days and already I can feel a difference. Make sure you get other exercise though, I coincide mine with a 30 minute bike ride as well as a proper diet. Don't skip meals either and try to avoid late night eating

  • Mike...glad you asked...a client of mine could NOT use the first exercise due to an injury.  So be mindful of back/neck issues with abs.

  • My guess is they use people with flat stomachs to see the muscles used.  But also they pay models that visually trick you that they got this way from their excercises. Eat right and excercise your butt off and don't any of those gadgets or vids.

  • You won't burn hardly any fat doing crunches and sit-ups. You CANNOT spot reduce fat. Do stomach crunches 3 times a week and do something like running, swimming, cycling to burn fat. Planks are another very good core exercise.

  • I can do about 120 regular situps without serious death but this just rapes me :D I will do it for a couple of months, and check the result

  • @IRhapeZombies yes i was a chubby dude b4 and i did lots of workouts i also did this and now i hav abs but the most important thing to burn fat is jogging and skipping ropes..

    How is she too skinny? I think she is a great size. And maybe society shouldn't like the whole "stick" look because some people who look like that are unhealthy. However I know a lot of people who are just naturally skinny, like naturally a twig.

    Imagine where society would be if being overweight was the ideal look. North America is already in terrible shape with skinny being the ideal body type....

  • whenever i do it i can feel my body hesitating to lift my head up. its like my body shivers when i do it. is this normal? lol. i guess because my body isnt used to it.... and i also gets headaches and the next day my neck is sore..... should i do it on flat ground instead of carpet or something?

  • @AtumnLeaf7463 That's normal. Your body shakes because the muscles you're using aren't strong enough yet. The headaches come from the sore neck, which comes from straining and using the neck muscles more than the abdominal muscles. Try using your hand to support your head a little more, and focus on drawing yourself up with your abs. Carpet is fine, but it might be more comfortable with a yoga mat.

  • @AtumnLeaf7463 Well, I'm not sure exactly how many days we're talking about. Results could start happening after just a week or two, or it could take longer, depending on how out of shape you are. The important thing is consistency. If you only did it once a day, but stuck to it over a long term, regular schedule, you'll probably see better results with less frustration. Plan on it taking a month or two before you start getting really great abs. If it happens sooner than that, woo hoo!!!

  • im 6'2 and 240 pounds but im truely naturally big boned i havea huge chest. but unfortionately i also have a good sized belly on me which i have had forever and i did 20 per side and i really felt it. much better than 100 situps everynight. do like 40-50 per side in total and i could see it adding up very quickly. i dont like the arm behind the head thou. im to used to pulling up.

  • First of all to all you ladies out there that have posted comments about wanting this chicks body you need to stop catering to society's views of what you body should look like. Yes, this is a great excercise but personally I think that chick is to skinny. I just don't understand why someone who looks like a stick is considered attractive and many female's try to look like that. It's not healthy. Be happy with YOUR body, stop trying to make it look like someone else's.

  • that's actually the ideal wight for your height, start worrying if you get over 72-73 kilos, and even then you won't be overweight :)

  • Oh! I should have thought of that so much earlier! I have been wanting to get rid of my belly because my friend's mom brought it to my attention that I have a bit of a belly, and apparently I am over weight for my age. So, I asked on Yahoo! Answers how I could lose belly fat and a friend gave me this! Thank you mysterious man who is showing me these crunches!! I really hope I start getting results soon!
