I purchased mine from MacMall.com as well along with other Otterbox products for my iPod touch and iPhone 4. Received it via overnight FedEx shipping for a mere 24 bucks. Otterbox has truly outdone themselves with this case and I would highly recommend it for anyone with a an iPad!

you can get this case on amazon for $45, not $90. The reason the case has that many parts is because it offers that much protection. Most cases you have to slidet the ipad in and could possibly fall out.

@Adam13255 I had the Otterbox first and it was horrible it was nothing like the otterbox for the original iPad. It was a tank this one isnt. I recommend the Survivor it is a Tank too. I would truly buy the survivor. I sent one to my uncle over seas in Iraq and he loves it.

What are the odds of dropping the case flat? A hundred to one? Let's see you drop in on a corner, that is how 99% of apple screens break. Corner to corner glass looks nice, but too fragile. I will wait fir a better case.

Great review bro!! I just got the case and like a lot of things about it. One thing I don't like is that the headphone jack flap seems to not fit in right. But it is still a great case. I also have the iPad 1 with the otter box case on it as well.

I have handled the iPad2 many times... I guess if you walk through crowds, around swinging doors, and chairs with people in them who will always suddenly and brashly push out from a table, then you WOULD have to watch out for dropping an iPad. I just think people should keep in mind the high price of this item while carrying it and take "clutchingly" good care in the first place... Save your money people... ...Hold it close... Remember the dang thing ALREADY costs OVER $600!Just take xtra care!

The product i recommend that you also do a review on is the Survivor Case for Apple iPad 2 by Griffin Technology Model: GB02480 | Bestbuy's SKU: 2490083. Its cost is $79.99. Now i personally don't find that too exspensive for the protection of my iPad2. Again i find your reviews very informative. I would recommend more products taht can be purchased locally by your viewers so if they have any remorse they can just go and return or exchange it.

I fnd that your reviews are very informative. But in the case of this product i would have to give it a thumbs down. Now i am not sure about the rest of the viewers here but i also do my research for the products i buy. i found that the Otter Box for the iPad 2 was not as good as it's Defender Case for the iPhone 4. I was suprised to say the least. All the items i buy come from Bestbuy. That allows me to sample the products and make an informed first hand decision on what i recommend.
