This is not fake. The roof is engineered with two sliding doors, one to catch the cat's head and the other to slice it off. It's a lot cheaper to draw a cat to its death than to use computer graphics. This is definitely not computer graphics. You can also see the head falling inside the car. Any corporation with sick-minded executives who would approve an ad like this I would never buy a car from.
