Our world we live in today is comPlete and utter bullshit. Little johnnny goes to jail for five years for growing pot while billy badass over here killing people gets let off with probation
The guy makes it out that he is hanging out by a dispensary and noticing what kind of people are going in. What B.S. and what a jerk. Probably a lot of people are going to pick up medicine for the people in wheelchairs (I am in a wheelchair) . Oh, under the Declaration of Independence Prostitution should not be illegal because it is strictly a moral opinion that prostitution is evil based on Mosaic Code embedded in Common Law. Same with anti-pot sentiment - it is strictly false morality.
@mannhorn34 IF we ever did see such a day that Cannabis becomes legal then they government grade weed would have to be cheaper in order to eradicate the existing weed dealers. No one will ever tax you for growing a plant lol
OK to be honest here. I've been a smoker for 17 yrs now. I"m 33 yrs old and have NEVER EVER tried any other illegal drug. And don't have the urge to try any other drug. I don't drink or smoke ciggs and never will. To blame pot as a gate way drug is bullsh*t! It's the weak people who can't get enough!! I smoke it in the privacy of my own home. I find that pot is also a wonderful natural herb that also helps with acid reflux.. I also smoke it for kidney pain. I have PKD! I pray Tx passes this bill
No one is saying to legalize prostitution. Do you know what the subject is, You are an idiot! Cannabis can be used to make HEMP, FUEL, FOOD, CLOTHING, MEDICINE, HOUSING STRUCTURES, ROPE, and it reduces Green House gasses. If We don't see legalization on this hypocrisy soon Big business like the ones in OIL, clothing, medicine, etc are going to ruin AMERICA. Come on ppl spread the word and get something done for once. I would think my generation could do this. TALK to your representatives!
The reason Cannabis is illegal is because cotton was threaten by HEMP and then so was many other industries like OIL etc. They made theses laws to protect their companies and we sat by and let them do it.
We need 2x the funding for Pro-Legaliziation. Because of situations like this. Stations won't play it! If we paid more for the AD space, than the Pro-Legalization Commercials would get on the air.
TV is a good way to reach people, Politician's Campaign Managers know that, Corporations and Marketing folks know that, so why don't those who are Pro-Legalization go out and reissue their funding. Reach the people, get them mad, than lobby to the men and women of congress.
Any human activity that's considered a "victimless crime" and is pushed into the black market by puritanical laws is nothing more than oppression. If there is a victim of the activity, even if it's only the person doing the activity and acting alone, that person would be more likely to get help rather than simply suffer.

I do not believe in the taxation unless it is bought at a store (Sales tax) . If I chose to grow it there is no way I would pay taxes on my own crop.
