Actually one of the easier to comprehend songs by them. Love it nonetheless, opened a gateway into their music for me back in the day. I love how they really don't seem to preach with their lyrics but mostly just to create without really seeing their work as something that they'd make money of. I mean, lots of their songs are just so extremely personal or really hard for most to get into. This music has so much soul to it. Jamie Petterson will never cease to amaze me.

(in a peaceful manner) well actually it is. there are many different kinds of emotion and this song would probably represent the most demented/twisted/hateful of them, along with most of the other Xiu songs. you have to give Xiu some credit, they use a lot of really unique percussion instruments and LOTS of really intricate layers of percussive rhythms. they're not my favorite artist, but there's a lot of creativity and..detail in their musik.
