I'll never forget the shear excitement of the Destoryer tour. I saw them in Louisville that September. The first concert I ever saw. For Christmas that year I had to have an electric guitar! Kiss ruled!

@KissFanForever77 Yeah I knew who they were, I just supriesed me to see them in this video. Check out Frank Zappa's Mothers Live At the Fillmore 71, for some great Flo and Eddie. They even do Happy Together. They were in Zappa's band for a couple of years in the early 70's. Probably the best years for the Mothers of Invention.

The best bad rock band in the history of music. But man, could they put on a show. I saw them on the Destroyer tour in Memphis TN and what a show! Confetti, smoke, lasers, balloons. Ace's guitar smoked and caught fire. The pyrotechnics were awesome. And of course Gene did the blood and the firespitting. Unforgettable!
