we don't use the a2 anymore ut's outdated. Also tge marines use the m4a1 also tardo, it's a carbine which are better suited for urban combat, but for long range combat we use the m16a4, stop looking at video games for info loser.

@madamadam158 Those are really M16s they're just firing blanks. The orange things on the end are called blank adapters. They prevent anyone from getting hurt. You could easily kill a man at less than 20 yards away without one on and cause sever bruises up to 50 yards. We put them on when we train with blanks or use MILES gear (like laser tag but realistic). If ya look closely at my picture on my channel I have them on my weapon also.

@madamadam158 They do shoot out wad which is a paperlike substance which holds the gunpowder in the round and this paper is shot out fast enough to hurt someone. But other than that no. Blanks are just rounds meant to symbolize shooting a gun without really shooting one. Used in training and movies before modern special effects and whatnot.

@Tavierloyal Actually the blank adapter is used because a blank round does not produce enough gas to work the bolt, if you fire a blank round without it, you have to pull the charging handle between each shot. BTW the BFA on a crew served weapon is a dangerous projectile by themselves. I saw one fly 20ft off an M60 and start a fire, and the ones on an M2 are just scary.
