As a kid, I saw this little creep on a VHS cover in my video store, and I was terrified of him forever, and I hadn't even seen the movie. Many years later though, I saw this movie on Chiller (dare to watch) and found out he was voiced by good ol' Frank Welker, I grew to love him. He's a pretty neat character, and according to wikipedia his name is 'Colupe'.
