First Freedom First - Separation of Church and State

I wish these fundie christians would just die or get off our backs already! I'm not religious, but even if I were, I'd RESPECT the fact that this is a diverse nation, and there is not one religion. Politicians esp. need to recognize this, and it is deeply offensive to continue calling America a "christian nation" when it has not been that way for so long. We are a religiously DIVERSE nation that believes in common secular or shared values and goals. true christians are not pretentious.
