Well done, I really like the choice of music you use for this, it really bring out the feel of the film. I always was a strong believer about having music in my own films because it helps the mood of the films so much.
I know what you mean about the copyright claims, they got me too, Personally I thing they are going overbroad with this, after all we are not charging people to watch this and you can go to any shopping place and hear music playing in their shops what the hack is the differents.
I have another WWII vid I'm trying to make but it includes 550 pics and it is 45 minutes so I'm either going to shorten the picture time or seperate them.
