They teach you how to eat 'Raw' and the benefits that comes to eating and nourishing the body with what the body is made to intake and not what this country pushes.... Processed, fattening, unhealthy and a dangerous way of eating. It is an amazing and special place in Lemon Grove, San Diego, California.

Thanks for sharing! I was at OHI last March and LOVED IT! Great pics! I even recognized one of the guests - she was there when I was there! Crazy!
