it is a "kids game" as in: it will fun for kids as well. I'm pretty sure kids won't enjoy the user created content as much though.
Also, a lot of "kid games" are fairly fun, at least they are on Nintendo consoles and the PS1 (I miss that generation). Hard to find good "kid games" now, closest one to being fun (that has already come out) is Viva Pinata, and that wasn't that great.
