• Very informative video. But is it wise to use products that would irritate the eye on the lash ? (I.e. rubbing alcohol, hair spray, face wash... etc)

  • don't you have to rinse with water afterwards, coz it has been through foaming cleanser, alcohol??

  • if i want to wear fake eyelashes everyday, do you wear a new pair of eyelashes everyday? or do you use it like 4-5 times and after u throw them ?

  • Thank you so much for this! I need to save money now and this is seriousy helpful! You took your time to help us and I trust you. You are wonderful!!

  • I just tried this and it worked. It was a little difficult to take out the old glue first before I dipped it but once I dipped it and washed it and dried it with a paper towel I was surprised how easy the rest came off.

However I suggest you guys not to blow dry yours, I did on real low and a bit far away and it ruined one of my false lashes I hope it's not noticeable when I apply it on next time with mascara :(

  • This is so helpful! I'm so glad I watched this video I was so close to throwing away my expensive lashes! I'm so excited to try it right now :D

I will let you guys know how it went!

  • amazing ty soo much

  • How would you clean real human hair faux lashes? Coz I know that if it's real hair, the shape of each individual hair will alter.

  • Where can I buy alcohol in the UK?

Is it the same as surgical spirit?

  • Oh my goodness :]

  • I never knew that eyelashes could be cleaned... and thanks to you I will be saving money by cleaning my faux eyelashes.... THANKS SO MUCH

  • This going to save me tons of money and lashes. I use them twice and then discard them but now i can use them over and over. I go through like 10 pairs a week.

  • all of that to clean one eye lashes wow

  • @chaimaa60 It's like the eyelash becomes your pet caterpillar, and the more you groom it, the more prosperous you become in life...hehe. I think I'll just be taking off the glue, but all this is great to know for those times when you really want your favorite pair, and the store is fresh-out. But my ADHD won't allow me to do all that on a "regular" - I'd be like, "did I just dip in the wash, spritz with spray, what step am I on?

  • EnKore, Thanks for doing this video. I could not find anything on how to clean them. I am a new lash user and really like it but was throwing them away after just one use. I did see someone say you can use them again, but never how to maintain them! Have a great holiday season!

  • You are Amazing!!! Love ya!

  • this is amazing! sooo freakin smart! lol will this work for say ardell wispies? because im afraid to try since the hairs are much thinner and less compact, if that makes sense. lol

  • I use an old tooth brush and run it through the eyelashes with some soap, it keeps the eyelashes seperated, and doesnt seem to break them up too much.

  • The best video everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.I cant wait to try this

  • You are such a genius! By far the best guru!

  • You are amazing! I absolutely love and appreciate all your videos!!!

  • you are amazing ^^

  • Thank you sooo much for the great tips! You have saved me tons of cash! (more to spend on other mu;) Thanks again!

  • do wearing falsies give you wrinkles?

  • you are a genius!!!

  • I tried cleaning my MAC lashes with water and soap to get rid of the mascara residues, however after they dries out, they are out of shape, fly away, and some strands become poking straight some turn wavy.... Then i asked My MA, she said MAC lashes are made from real human hair, therefore they should stay away from the water. just pick out the rubber residues after using. Are these real hair lashes meant to be worn just once? what's the maximum usage? I had ruined a couple of them already :(

  • I was told by a MAC artist not to put mascara on them and to just remove the glue residue with your hand. She told me if you take care of them right (placing them back in the container) they should last for 5 wears.

  • dat helped a lot i tried cleaning mine wit water an soap and fucked dem up lmao. ill do it ur way now

  • amazing!

    thanks so much

  • Wow, what a genius method.

  • You are a makeup GOD. ♥ =)

  • you are amazing. thanks so much

  • This is like the best vid I have ever seen on youtube. Where has Enkore been all my life?!

  • nice vid..very helpful

  • thank you thank you thank you! i just rescued last nights lashes, and now theyre looking almost as good as new again. yay! xxx

  • How many times can you do this with one set.??

  • with care, it should be good 3-4 uses, after that the band gets flimsy and the lashes become limp.

  • wow..very helpful...

could you pls do a tutorial on how you clean your mascara brush and spongetip applicators??? thanks a bunch..

  • i didnt know you could clean those, I'm gonna go try this right now :)

  • That is so AWESOME!! now I dont have to waste so much on falsies! Thanks =]

  • very informative....

  • Is it actually save, to use alcohol and hairspray on your eye lashes??

  • Is it actually save, using alcohol and hairspray on eye lashes??

  • the alcohol, as well as alcohol in hairspray evaporates fast, so by the time you wear it again, all gone.

  • man i've wasted money! i'm glad i found this and will subscribe.

  • u r awesome!

  • I love your vids!!!!!!!!!!

  • what's the songs name??? and is it healthy to use false lashes every day?? does it damage my eyes?

  • its from Disney's Tarzan. And the lash glue is safe enough for daily wear, so a lot of people wear false lashes daily.

  • I love your tutorials! I have a question though; how would you wear and clean fancy lashes, with color/rhinestones/feathers? All of the tutorials I've seen say to apply mascara after putting on the lash, which wouldn't work for some lashes, and then cleaning them seems like it would break them!

  • for the most part you can only clean reusable lashes like the regular ones. Fancy lashes, you will have to be careful if you want to reuse as most you cant clean. If you wear feather lashes and colored ones, apply mascara to your real lashes first, then apply the fancy lashes.

  • u r an amazing person thank u for share all

this videos my fav is the bruses now i know

which is which i luv your vid xoxoxo

  • great tip

  • Wow, I've been watching your videos since you first came on to youtube and I have NO idea HOW I missed this video!!

You're so helpful as always! Can't wait to do this!!

  • Yikes, I'm a little scared of the hairspraying part. I always seem to do something clumsy that ends up making my eyes water, which is how I know how much tears+eyelash glue stings... can only imagine tears+glue+hairspray! This tutorial is awesome but I might end up trying to skip the hairspray step & see how things go.

  • Is the hairspray part necessary? What if you were crying, sweating, or got caught in the rain...wouldn't the hairspray run into your eyes and burn like hell??

  • its optional

  • thank you for the tutorial

do you mind posting up the name of the

    product that you use?

it would be so helpful for me.

    thanks.

  • what is that cream he is using?

And can i also use wodka instead of this alcohol??

    I don't english very well

  • NO don't use vodka lol

  • Is it possible to use MAC's brush cleaner on these?? That's what I've been doing with mine... I just spray some on them and then pat them dry with a paper towel or let them air dry...

  • LOVE this!! Thank you so much :D

  • OMG

I love you for doing this tutorial...well love you for doing aaall your tutorials but this one especiallyyyy

  • u wear them? =D

  • k thnx tht really helps

  • when I place it in the tray at the end

    the lashes slip off

b/c they r dry and not sticking to the tray.\how can I make them stay tht shape and stay on tht tray?

  • just apply a really tiny bead of lash glue to the ends of the strip, just enough for the ends to stick on the tray.

  • can't u just keep cleaning and using them until they start to tear/come off, or can u only reuse them like 5 times or something?

  • well, after about 3 - 5 times of use and cleaning, they pretty much looses their shape and start to look ratted. You will also notice that they will get a lot more limp after that much uses and care.

  • Awsome! Can't find the right word to express, how happy I am to see this tutorial. I've been asking arround about how to clean used false eyelashes, and here is the answer! Thanx alot. :))))

  • You are FAB! I've been thinking about using false eyelashes, but didn't b/c I didn't know how to care for them. Now I'm heading to the store today and going to remember your tips! Hugs and Thanks a bunch!

and i learn alot from them =]

  • awesome tnx so much for this vid ;)

  • I just got my first pair of false eyelashes today!!! and i loved them. this video was great.. now i know how to clean and make them pretty again!! thanks!!

  • hey enkore i just bought a pair of lashes

and while putting the glue on i put too much and they got all oevr the lashes and got glued togetehr and i tried taking it of with my finger but it just changed the form of them what should i do ??

    please help

  • strip lashes are delicate in a way, as you can easily ruin the individual fibers with glue. You can definitely try using a little olive oil and a q-tip and take as much of the glue off from the lashes, and hope that it goes back to its original shape.

  • best ever :)

  • will this work on the glue residue that gets stuck on the lashes but the one from the packaging not the actual glue you use to apply it on your eye

  • you can easily remove those glue with a little olive oil and a q-tip.

  • I genlty pick the glue that comes on some lashes off with a tewwzer, works everytime1

  • I tried this on my more natural falsies...it worked for the more dramatic...but after the more natural ended up looking like a bunch of split ends =[

  • I have the same problem with mine. They looked better before I cleaned them :/

  • I did the same with my #6 and I think #7 and they were just like new.Did you rub them with the cleanser gently not ruff and don"t leave them in the sits bath too long, cuz remember alcohol is harsh used the brow brush and a bit of hair spray and they were still ruined? If u use the hair dryer and it"s to hot the lash will get ruined if they r synthetic cuz they will melt

  • same...this method ruined my MAC #6 i only wore them once =(

  • Hi! wow! Great video!! I was wondering if the cleaning only works with real hair false lashes?.. The really cheap ones aren't real hair.. and i would think they wouldn't curl as nicely as real hair lashes.. Or would they?

  • hey cass - you can use this method for synthetics lashes as well. However, I wouldnt try washing mylar or tinsel lashes (you know, those metallic foil lookinf lashes), but regular synthetic or real-hair lashes are fine.

  • can i do this with lashes that are made with real hair?

  • Yes, definitley. The lashes I cleaned in this video is real hair.

  • hi koren, i was wondering if i can use ur homemade brush cleanser (ingredients) as a cleanser for the false eyeslashes. Or will the ingredients harm it in anyway?

  • its best to use something that lathers (suds), so just get an inexpensive face wash from your local drugstore.

  • thank you !

i didnt know you could clean falsies

  • Hi koren, i have just purchases a set of individual lashes and i have worn them once and the glue has stuck to my eyelash and i cant remove it. What do you suggest?

Also how can i keep the lashes in the pack after i use them its hard to get them back into place. thanks

  • use a little olive oil and a q-tip, the glue will soften and easily comes/cleans off.

  • hey fabel - you should be able to re-use them 3 to 5 times. After that it gets flimsy and ratty.

  • you think of everything...

  • Do You like Shu Uemura lashes aren't they great?

  • I Love You!!! MuahZ

  • What kind of facial foam did you use?

  • What kind of facial foam did you use?

    very educational.... 5/5.
