thank you for making this video, ive only been able to one other cover of this song with vocals, yours were not bad, i guess i liket the originals better, but the chorus u sung was pretty good, but apart from the vocals, i was suprised to see all this other stuff u did, bongo's ect. over all i thought it sounded awesome.

@sophiekilo obviously his singing was nothing like the vocalist from devotchka, but that's what made it different. thats what made it his own. his voice is great, in a totally different way that the vocalist from devotchkas is great. plus, you can hear the feeling in his voice. if i hear no soul in the music, in my opinions, it isn't even worth listening to.

Good job on this cover, but just as a preference, I think I liked the original one so much just because of the elaboration of words and the few notes, they both worked together to make it a sad song, this one seems a little too energetic, and upbeat, kinda like the music's sincerety doesn't match the words'.
