Lets just say this: If someone gets caught doing this exploit in ranked game he gets banned for a period upto 1 month.

And by getting caught i of course mean that the oponent reports this to an admin and provides a replay (which is rather easy) from which it can be proven in like 30 seconds.

So yeah it is indeed easy, but if you try this in a ranked game you get banned in 3 days max.
