I like voice actors like Debi Mae West who naturally sound a lot like their characters. i.e. John DiMaggio as Marcus Fenix, Quinton Flynn as Raiden, etc. But I have to say, David Hayter doesn't sound at all like Snake until he "puts on" the voice. They are all still great actors though.
